How it's possible to open the file manger with sudo right?

sudo pantheon-files
or
gksu pantheon-files

Or right click on the Files icon, and click "New window as Administrator"

Don't use sudo for GUI apps. Sudo is only for command line. Use gksu or gksudo for GUI apps. ;)
