Add new application icons on the right end of the dock

Every time an application, which is not pinned to the dock already, is being opened, it opens on the second icon slot of the dock.
This behavior is annoying, because the position of the pinned applications changes everytime a non-pinned application is opened.

e.g. i have firefox pinned to icon slot 2. when the non-pinned evince is being opened, firefox moves to slot 3.

My proposal is to change plank behavior to put non-pinned applications on the right end of the dock.
This way pinned applications will stay on the same position and it becomes easier to find an desired icon.

This has already been reported as bug 1079331. It's planned to be fixed for beta2.
