May I use "." (dot) unless that "," (comma)?

I would like to have an option that allows me to change the "comma button" into a "dot button", since I use dot to separate units from decimals, and comma to emphasize thousand numbers!

Try opening the "System Settings" application and navigating to "Language & Region". After clicking the Unlock button, you can select a different country from the "Formats" dropdown.

That should change the number, dates, times, etc formatting to be consistent with the selected country, and it does change the "comma button" into a "dot button" in Calendar (or for me, vice versa).
