Can't rate songs on banshee

Is this a non implemented function or is it a bug? I'm using both latest versions from PPA on Ubuntu Lucid, I made sure no other player was running and rebooted to check again. Also when rating a song from the applet the rating stays there even after changing a song.

same here. Using Banshee 1.6.0 (tried 1.7 beta, too) and Panflute 0.62. I can see ratings that already exists, but cant change music rates. Rhythmbox works fine.

Can you help with this problem?
