OpenStack Installation fails on RHEL 7.2 Kilo

Hello,

I am trying to install OpenStack on RHEL 7.2 RDO using packstack and it looks to be failing with following ERROR ::

ERROR ::

After Rerunning the packstack again it looks to be failing again
