how do i d/l and install to ubuntu 12.04 after ppa added

running ubuntu precise on sda 12 and 13
windoze and grub on sda1 thru 3

want to dump the rest

can i do this with this app?
thru my "good" ubuntu or must boot from cd?

if all is good, how do i d/l and install this sw?

i added the ppa successfully and did sudo apt-get update fine

tried sudo apt-get-install os-uninstaller
and other cmnds , no joy
