unable to load SimulationCampaign

I have installed Wrowser and openWNS. but I can't find preparecampaign when I type ./playground.py

and I get this warning
WARNING: Unable to load 'SimulationCampaign' plugin from '/home/osa/wrowser/wrowser/playgroundPlugins'. Ignored.
   <class 'wrowser.Configuration.MissingConfigurationSection'>
   Section DB is missing in config
   <frame object at 0x84ac5a4>
