preparecampaign missing in playground.py

Hello,

after following the users guide step by step (with no errors), I can't proceed since the command "preparecampaign" is somehow missing in my playground.py

Could you help me out?

Hi Sebastian,

Yes, I can help out. The users guide assumes a version of the openWNS, which includes the "preparecampaign" plugin in the playgournd.py. The current open source version does not contain this plugin.

I am currently working on a revised version of the users guide that will fix this; I expect to release this version during this week (until 03-04-2009). In the meantime, you can only play around with the different configurations in the system/tests/wifimac/PyConfig/experiment? directories by exchanging the params.??? in the different config.py files with the numbers you would like to try out.

Perhaps you could file this question also as a bug in the openwns-documentation module (https://bugs.launchpad.net/openwns-documentation).

PS: The commit will also include a description how to enable the "preparecampaign" plugin in the open source version!
