openWNS OFDMA Phy

how to install it?

I`m doing my final project on frequency reuse in OFDMA Network. I cant download the full version of the openWNS software. Its only available openWNS-com 9beta 3.tgs and openWNS-sdk 9 beta 1.tgs which is 1.7 kB and 471.6kB. When I try to install it I failed. Can you please guide me on how to get the full version of openWNS software and how to install it. I will really appreciate your feedback.
