Web client not loading with 8.0 server after migrating from v7 to v8

Web client not loading with 8.0 server after migrating database from v8 to v7 with only sale module installed. The url http://localhost:8069/web does not show anything except a white screen afte login and there are no errors or warnings in the terminal.
