Why there isn't openupgrade_analysis.txt for account_analytic_default?

I'm analysing some modules for creating migration scripts and I can't find openupgrade_analysis.txt file for this module. It hasn't been scanned?

It used to be the case that no analysis file was created when there were no changes (this seems to be the case for this module). This was changed in the following revision: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openupgrade-committers/openupgrade-server/7.0/revision/4619

However, it seems that the analysis files have not been updated ever since.

Can you help with this problem?
