How to submit CCLA Schedule A with > 10 developers?

How can a CCLA Schedule A with > 10 developers be submitted to openstack?

If posting in wrong place pls advise.

The Schedule A has been updated by Stefano to support up to 18 developers.

PS I notice OpenStack QA questions don't appear on OpenStack QA project in Launchpad. Will see about logging that as a bug...
