FEATURE REQUEST: file bugs directly from documentation

Asked by freakalad

I'm working through the official documentation, setting up a new system from scratch (single host initially, for simplicity-sake)
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/index.html

Obviously there is a *lot* of information that has been ported from previous releases' docs. While the information is not *incorrect*, it is *wildly inaccurate*, and it's impossible to build a functional system, based on the official documentation alone.
I've personally managed to work through most of the issues, eventually - going on close to a week now on what *should* be a 1-day job - but gauging by comments from the IRC channel (FreeNode:#OpenStack), much of the frustration is borne from the fact that systems/installations do not work as documented.

An effective possible solution should be to provide the ability to file documentation bugs *directly* from each page, thereby allowing the community to help address issues.
(similar to the comment/discussion functionality available under MediaWiki)
