12/7 Following AIO Doc - Heat initialization fails on Ubuntu 16.04

I followed the AIO docs as of 12/7 on Ubuntu 16.04.

I ran into an issue with Heat initialization.
It seems the image pull fails.

Is this a known issue?

I re-installed, and HEAT initialized fine this time.
