git review -s fails with permission denied (publickey)

Hi guys, i have installed git and shared my public key to it and pushed the code successfully and added the same public key to gerrit as well.
But when i'm typing "git review -s" it is showing that it couldn't connect to gerrit and after that it is showing to enter my gerrit details and finally it is showing ERROR. Why i am unable to do this?
please help me to sort this out.
