What commands can be used when OpenSplash is running?

When the OpenSplash player is in focus, you can use the following keyboard commands:
CTRL+SHIFT+S - shut down player app
CTRL+SHIFT+R - restart player app
CTRL+SHIFT+C - force a check-in with server
CTRL+SHIFT+F - toggle the output in window or full frame
CTRL+SHIFT+D - toggle debug console on or off
For example you can exit the player by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+S when the player window is in focus (you may need to click on the output canvas window with a mouse or task switch to it using ALT-TAB).
