Build wizard

Asked by compute4you

When you use the "build wizard", it uses by default the users home directory. So if the script downloads afterwards all the dependencies, they are all stored in the users directory which leeds to a little mess. Wouldn't it be better to create a directory e.g. openshot-dev in the users home directory and use this as the root directory for all script operations.
I did this and it is much cleaner to have one directory with all the subdirectories (mlt,frei0r,x264,openshot,ffmpeg).

The build wizard will be phased out very shortly because the .deb packages and the PPA are almost ready to release.
