snip a section out from a video

DashCam videos are in 3 minute chunks. These are much too large to send as an email attachment, even if zipped. How do I cut out just the relevant 30 seconds of the video and save that as a separate video? I have tried "snip" and "razor" but these always seem to retain the whole video.

Hi, to cut out a large video, you can try Joyoshare Media Cutter. It gives 3 methods to cut any audio and video files with millisecond precision. Also, there is no loss in quality and frame.
