Moving the video file.

I'm trying to move the video I made to my phone, but I can't do it the way I am used to due to the file type. (ex: .jpeg, .pdf, .osp, etc.) Is there anyway to move it to my phone? (even if i have to use an app?) or is there a way to change the file type? I normally use a usb cord to plug into to my computer and add to my phone files through there. Is there a way I could that way? I was hoping you might have a solution. (my phone is a samsung s4) I'd really appreciate the help!
