Openshot installed (by default) in greeck.I can 't imagine why nor know the alphabet. Is there a terminal command line instruction to chenge it to English or even to portuguese?

Yes you can do that like this , perhpas you should adapt the path to your
distribution (for me by sample):
LANG=fr_FR python /usr/openshot

For knowing your locale available on your computer do in a terminal
locale -a
after choose on in the list
