How can i cut a video?

I need to remove parts from a video clip (which i did not make myself). Is this this possible using OpenShot Video Editor?

Of course OpenShot Video Editor can cut videos, but it's a little bit complicated for me. I also have Joyoshare Media Cutter now. It's more like a "cutter"and easy-to-use. It can also merge and convert videos with no quality loss. The combination of these two tools makes it a piece of cake to handle my videos. I like them.
