No audio when playing DVD iso

I've ripped a DVD of a concert we played and am trying to play it back. The video plays just fine, but I hear no audio so I don't know when to split the file into separate files for posting on our website. Any ideas? Since I will also be doing the same thing for our church services, I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong, whether it be the .iso file doesn't allow this type of activity or what.
