How do I stream a video basckwards

I have to show something and want to demonstrate the work by playing a sequence reversed (backwards). How to make steaks out of minced meat?
Is this type of trick impossible

I meant backwards

You can right click on a clip (on the timeline), and choose the playback speed and direction. Give that a try, and hopefully it will work for you. Good luck!
