How can I time shift audio in .3gp files? (Openshot 1.4.3) Thanks!

I need to time shift audio in some .3gp files. Is there a filter/plug-in that I can apply, or should I use external audio editor? Thanks!

No, not for the moment, a lot of things will come with the 2.0.0. You must use an external audio editor like Audacity.
