how to cut a video between two markers

I am editing a video and would like to cut out some part of it. I choose a marker to mark the beginning and another to mark the end. How do i cut out the part?

Use the razor tool for doing that. After you have done your two side, use the del touch.

Can I set the start time and the end time with millisecond-precison in Openshot? Or is there any other free video cutter would do that? I use Joyoshare Media Cutter now. It can help me cut videos losslessly. But I actually prefer to find a freeware.
