Two buttons removed from later versions?

Asked by Cameron

While I was looking through some screenshots and videos of older versions of OpenShot, I noticed that the older versions had two extra buttons on the preview panel. These buttons are not present in later versions. I might be mistaken, but, to me, these look like buttons to set the in-point and out-point of the video clip so that you can just bring a small clip of the file onto the timeline. Given the kind of videos I'm trying to make with OpenShot, this sort of feature would be incredibly useful. I was wondering why these two buttons were removed from later versions of OpenShot.

Can you post a link to the images you mean? The clips in/out pints can be set in the clip properties window.

I was referring to buttons 2 and 6 in this screenshot: http://www.openshot.org/images/gallery9.png

Oh, they are buttons to go the previous/next markers (you can add a marker at any point on the timeline).
