Is there a special setting to create Slowmotions?

If i add a Clip with 240fps to my project an slow it down to 0,10x speed, it looks like 2 frames per second. so i miss the 24 frames between. How can i get a real slowmotion?
It looks like:
Original 250fps --> Import (convertion to 25fps) --> 0,1x (shows only 2,5fps)

Hi,

For the moment you can't have a real slowmotion.
It could be possible only with the 2.0.0 and our own framework, libopenshot. But now, not what you want.

The only software under Linux that I know for this task is Slowmovideo (http://slowmovideo.granjow.net/). You should do a go.
