The video export don't run

Hi, when i push the export boton, the contextual menú open right, i can change the preferences if i want, but when i push the export boton of the contextual menú, don't build some video, the time line of the contextual menú show right but never end, I left 4 hours working for several times wich some configuratión wichout any sucess at all . Only if created one 0 bit text file .DVD every times.
