how do i change audio levels?

I'm working in a project where i have a musical curtain running on the background and a voice clip, i want to turn down the curtain clip volume and put the voice clip over it, how do i change the audio levels and control the fade lenght and start point?

Hi,
To control the fade length and start point and the volume of a audio clip, you must select the clip desired and right click go to Properties and tab Audio.
