openshot on Slack 13.37 missing mlt?

Asked by Ren Colantoni

I am installing Openshot 1.4.1 on Slackware 13.37 and when I try to start it I get the message that it can't find something called "mlt". What is this and where should it be located? If Slack doesn't have it, where do I get it? Thanks.

MLT is a library which we use for the video editing, codecs, audio mixing, etc... It also contains Python bindings, which we use in OpenShot to integrate with MLT. Here is the project website and debian package information:

http://www.mltframework.org/

Good luck!
