Titles in Open Shot

I would love to see better options for creating titles in Open Shot. The animated titles are neat, but I don't see any way to "preview" them without actually generating one (which takes 3-5 minutes on my core 2 duo 1.8 GHz machine), and so if there are problems with the format or layout or colors it takes another 3-5 minutes to try out different parameters.
