OpenShot Video Editor

I can not launch Openshot on Ubuntu 11.10

I installed openshot video editor on my laptop with Ubuntu 11.10 O/S, after that I tried to launch several times but it fails. I tried it through CLI and it prompts that I should import missing MLT in python. At the top of the massage it is giving me error message: unknown locale:en_ng. Pls Help me out. Thank you.
