Update download links for Fedora

Asked by Richard

I wasn't sure if I should post this as a bug or "ask a question" but here it goes:

Since Openshot is now available for Fedora through RPM Fusion (F14+) would it be possible to show a link or re-direct for those going to:

http://openshotvideo.net/download/

Thanks,
Richard M. Shaw

Hi Richard. What versions of Fedora can use the RPM Fusion? I can have the download page for those version of Fedora link to the RPM Fusion page (assuming there is such as page).

Thanks!

Sorry! I mentioned F14+ but I forget not everyone is used to using that shorthand.

Fedora 14 and newer can use RPM Fusion. It doesn't have it's own page but you can link to the configuration page:

http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

then use the graphical program manager and search for openshot.

Or from shell (as root):

yum install http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm

 then:

yum install openshot

Thanks,
Richard

Thanks! I've updated the download page on www.openshot.org to reflect Fedora 14+. The page is cached for 30 minutes at a time, so it should show up soon. Let me know what you think, once it shows up. =) Thanks.

Can you help with this problem?
