What disk burning software is best for burning Blu-Ray format videos (from OpenShot) onto DVD disks?

Hi,
There is only one tool (I don't know another one) on Linux and it is cdrecord but I don't know if it is a special version or the normal version.

In fact, after consideration, there is another tool on Linux who can provide this feature. But It is not a free tool. Nerolinux can do that too.
