Is there a way to set a default background instead of black

Animations assume a default black background.
Is there a way to change that background to a certain image/frame?

Hi,
I think yes and it is in the file python (in the Blender/Script folder) of that you want to modified.
But you must know your colour and it is not sure (like I have never done that). So we can say that this is some assumptions.
