How can i send tranlation of the help files?

I had translated the help files to Hebrew. how can I upload it?

The translations are managed through Launchpad - https://translations.launchpad.net/openshot.

I'm not sure if there is a way to merge a locally translated file into the main translation system, but maybe if you log a bug and attach your translated file we'll see if it can be merged. Thanks for your help.
