I'd like to know if in the future version of Open Shot, we have the possibility to use some video templates like in IMovie or in Premiere Elements

None of us are using the both so it will be difficult to implement that. So the answer is no.
Have you an sample to show us for knowing exactly what you are saying ?

I'm thinking something like video themes in Imovie where i can put only the files and the software creates a video automatically

Openshot is certainly the most intuitive and easy video editor on Linux but i am not sure that it will be a automatic creation on, either in another video editor too.

Can you help with this problem?
