Hi,
Two solutions: or you clic on the icon <-> and you move the clip until you have your 20 sec (or mn ? ) or select the clip and clic right , open the window properties in the new contextual menu open (last option Properties) . You go to the second tab call Lenght and here you select (for the end) 20, you apply and that's all.
You know that we have a manual that you can have in two ways: either you install the package call openshot-doc in command line or with synaptic either you see the HTML version here (he exists in severals langage http://openshotusers.com/.
You have in this manual a section who explains you how works Openshot in Five minutes.
Thanks.
