Is the profile manager working correctly in 1.2?

I have 1.1.3 install and the profile manager is bugged. The frame-rate numenator and denominator spin boxes are limited to 1000 max. This does not allow for proper entries like 29.97 frames per seconds which requires 30000 numenator and 1001 denominator. Both those values are greater than 1000. And since I can't leave a bug report for 1.1.3, I'm asking here if this is fixed in 1.2 before aquiring it.

What do you mean you can't leave a bug report for version 1.1.3? Bugs aren't tied to a particular version. Version 1.2 is not released yet, it is still in development, no alphas or betas have been announced yet. As far as I know there have not been any recent changes to the profile manager in the trunk.
