Q: are translation strings actions or descriptions ?

Asked by Sveinn í Felli

Hi, a tiny doubt here while translating OpenShot;

Recently added messages like 'Added folder', 'Sliced clip' etc. are those descriptions of objects (e.g. an object on the timeline with a label 'Sliced clip') or a message appearing when an action has been carried out (Openshot says: 'Sliced (a/the) clip') ?
Don't know how to explain this better, hope you get the meaning.

Best regards,

Sveinn í Felli

I think these are history messages. So, after each action has
happened, we log the action in our history panel, which is what these
phrases are referring to. Hope this helps. =)
