Why does the timeline scale scroll out of view?

At present the timeline scroll out of view wehn scrolling down to the lower tracks.
This is due to the way in which the "goo canvas" was originally designed.
This problem is being examined and hopefully a new "goo canvas" designed to prevent this scrolling of the timeline scale.
NB: Andy has now dealt with this problem, and future versions of OpenShot will have the timeline scale staying static :-)
