It is helpful for the Development team to include as much information as possible when reporting a bug. This increases the chances of it being reproduced and ultimately fixed.

Here are some guidelines for what information to provide when reporting a bug. You can either paste this information into your bug report or attach it as a separate file.

Dans le monde OpenSource (et surtout dans GNU/Linux), l'utilisateur peut avoir un contact direct avec l'équipe de développement du projet et alors, participer directement cad rapporter un bogue, poser des questions, demander une nouvelle fonctionnalité, aider sur les forums, la plateforme de développement (launchpad en ce qui nous concerne), soumettre un patch,.... C'est très utile pour l'équipe mais souvent l'utilisateur n'aide pas bien l'équipe en donnant aucune ou de mauvaises informations sur ce problème. Pourquoi ? Parce que le développeur a besoin de beaucoup d'informations pour trouver et résoudre celui-ci.

Cette FAQ a pour but de vous aider à mieux rapporter un bogue.

Voici un modèle pour rapporter un bogue. Créer un fichier texte et mettez-le dans le dossier Modèle. Au prochaine redémarrage, il sera disponible avec le clic droit. Appliquer cet astuce seulement si vous voulez nous aider à débugger Openshot.
