how can we import these po files?

Hi there
we finally have the code for the albanian translation after months of negotiations,
please help import these po files into the mainstream.

No that is too simple.
I would like to talk specifics
I have now merged the strings and created a PO file with 30000 strings
here :
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~kosova/shqipoffice/Handover/revision/4
they can now be imported, but need to split them back out into the files.
please provide concrete advice.

They are now in the right format, the directory structure meets that of the POT files.
