OO 3.1.0 and kde

Asked by scido

Hi,

I'm unable to find the package openoffice-kde. Why I can't find it? didn't you compile it?

Thanks,
Scido

Have a look here:
http://kde.openoffice.org/

From there, you can navigate to the "Download" page, which appears as a tab in the upper right corner.

Best to you!

The information in the site you cited is very old. I'd like to know where is the package "openoffice.org-kde" that it was in each openoffice version (i.e. in the jaunty OO version: http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/openoffice.org-kde).

Wait, are you testing Karmic?

Even if so, that link will provide you with a sufficient download to OOo. Nothing will damage your system just because it's in a different version's repositories. I'm terribly sorry if I'm misunderstanding your question, and please do correct me if I am.

I hope I've been of some help. :-)

Good luck!

It is temporarily disabled in OOo 3.1.0 until someone can port the KDE support to KDE 4.

Can you help with this problem?
