How to cofigure/produce salary slip for temperoray/Permanent employees

Hi,
Can you please tell me how to onfigure/produce salary slips for temperoray employees and permanet empoloyees in a firm using hr_payroll module?

Say for example

In a shop there willl some temeporary employees in which they will join for a short period of time..
say they are joining on 10 of this month and will leave on 28 of the month.

So how to produce salary slips for this type of employees?

Also for permananent employees , how to configure/produce salary slip?

Hello,

For any employees you need to configure contract :
If the employee is not permanent then you need to define contract for limited period by given start_date and end_date.
so on the bases of the contract it will calculate salary of that employee.

For permanent employee you just given the start date not restrict the end date then it will taken fiscal year last date as a end date then for every year you just need to renew the contract for that employee.

Naviagate to HumanResources->Employees->New Employee

Select the AccoutingInformation tab

What is meant by BankAccount , Salary Account,Analytic Account and Employee Account?

Also how to view payslips in this window for a particular employee?

hello,

=>Bank Account is used at the time of paid the employee salary.(You will be seen the paid entry at Payment Lines tab of Employee Payslip object. )
=>Salary account is used at the time of confirm the salary of particular employee.(You will be seen the entries at Accounting Lines tab of Employee Payslip object. )
=>If You want to maintain separate account for each employee you can create separate employee account so all accounting entry will be done on this account instead of common salary account.
=>Analytic account is used for hr related expense like leave related and so many allowances and deductions.
