New signal_XXX feature

Theorically i understand, is a easyiest way to call workflow signals, i think it is great, but, in a first view, I was a little worry about if it opens a breach to allow more not "workflowed" features, IMHO this should not happend,

can you explain in docs what is the new signal_XXX feature to call workflows signals?

In this way we can open the posibility to consider in new community and localization branches more quickly.
