res.lang: What is the correct way of pre-config this model data

Hello.

One of the first thing we make when install one new db for VE is the validation of the correct format of numbers and dates on this model.

To propose a MP.

What is the correct way of technically put a *_base.xml data and impact this model?

We can improve the ./openerp/addons/base/base_data.xml: file on openobject-server but I'm not sure of this.

Nhomar,

This seems work AFAIK, the load_lang() creates all the settings as per the language installed.

We have to make sure the locale is generated in our system or not.

It uses locale.nl_langinfo(FORMAT).
