Can't find field 'orderpoint_ids' error message.

I am getting this error on a database that has been working fine for quite awhile. Now I can no longer login to this database -- other databases work fine. I am sing the latest 6.1 from launchpad under Ubuntu.

ERROR MESSAGE:
