How to set the Document level security in OpenERP V6

Asked by Bushair

Hi,

How to set the Document level security in openERP V6.

In openERP V5 and all while attaching a document there was an option to set the access rights for each document.

But in V6 , i could see the access rights setting at user level /group level and direcotry level.

But no way to set the access rights for a single document.

how to set this ?

is this is a bug ?

Regards
Bushair

Hello Bushair,

We can give a owner on document for particular document. If you wan that only particular user can seen particular then you can assign those owner to your document. This is only for document.

As well as we can set a security based on directory. we can assign a "group_ids" for directory. You can see the security tab on directory.

For more information please check http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/trunk/view/head:/document/doc/access_permissions.rst . I think it will more helpfull.

Hope this helps.

Thank you!
