web client does not display thousand separator according to language

Hi,

In web client, number (integer/float) is not displayed thousand separator as settings in language.

however, how to repeat the pattern? If I let it
[3] -> thousand separator, [3,3] -> up to million separator

If the number is 1000 000 000 -> it gives 1000.000.000 with [3,3].
So how can I repeat the pattern so that with any numbers, it will show correctly.
